Let’s talk about Europe.
As part of its educational activities carried out with 7,000 young people every year, the Jean Monnet Association launched a series of meetings in the form of a “structured dialogue” between a political actor and the youth.
On this occasion, all citizens wishing to learn about major European issues are invited to participate in these meetings.
In 2011, the Jean Monnet Association inaugurated the Cycle of meetings with the Ambassadors of the countries holding the Presidency of the Council of the European Union by inviting them to a panel discussion at the Jean Monnet House.
The objective of the meeting is to shed light on the country that is leading the destiny of Europe and to present its vision and priorities for the European Union.
Watch L’entretien d’Houjarray, highlight of these meetings, which gives the floor to the Ambassador representing the Member State presiding the European Union.
Concerned to develop debates on Europe, both in terms of its achievements and its limits, or to discuss the European projects to be undertaken, the Jean Monnet Association organizes, within the framework of the “18- 20h” debates, lectures on major topical themes in Europe.
The Jean Monnet Association also offers symposiums, conferences or round tables to deepen reflection on a given theme. Prestigious guests from the economic, political or academic world gather to discuss substantive issues, compare their opinions and come up with solutions for the future.
